I’m Going Silent this Halloween with Nokia XpressMusic

Halloween - Ghost

Something creepy is happening! Everyone was discussing the spookiness and eeriness of Malaysia’s first ever Silent Halloween organized by Nokia and Nuffnang. Everyone shares the same topic -> Silent Halloween for the past few weeks, this has been a hit topic everywhere and anywhere such as office spaces, saloons , gyms and esp kopi-tiam(s). FYI, i'm a "Kampung girl" who had never been to any Halloween party before *big wet eyes* as Halloween is something of a non-event in this country (Malaysia) and this time I’m Going Silent this Halloween with Nokia XpressMusic. *if I’m able to win the tickets*

Well you’re wrong if you assume that “Silent Halloween” means no laughter, no voices, no goblins, no ghosts, no Sabrina the witch, no mummy. There is music for every holiday---and Halloween is no exception especially with Nokia XpressMusic ! The first ever music that I purchased/downloaded to my handphone is “The Addams Family” ringtones.

And I’m always at the center of attraction when ever my hand phone rang; it’s not because of the prettiness or cutetiness of the owner (>.<) but it's the sound quality of my Nokia . I’m able to set every different new ringtones to different callers to amazed my friend and most of the time I’ll be threatened to send them the ringtones, but motionless their sound system is not as good as my NOKIA *evil grins*

This year, Silent Halloween organized by Nokia and Nuffnang is a fun time for people of all ages to dress up and eat tons of candy! What are some of your favorite Halloween costumes? Here is mine:-

The Black Witch

The bloodsucking vampire
The catwoman

The sciccorshand

It should be a glorious day for the kids *like me* to get their treats. Let’s adventure the Silent Halloween with costumes and make ups on to say "Trick or Treat" with a smile and giggles. Let's party ghostlet(s) !!!

The story of DORAEMON

Yesterday I had a superb unusual dream, I dreamt of DORAEMON had become a father and his son’s name Donut *wtf*. Oh gawd, I miss Doraemon so much! Yesterday’s dream brought out lots of memories of my childhood but however, it do not make me felt that this is just the end of my childhood. *winkz*.

Everyone who reads Doraemon knows it has no ending. However, there are also many versions that spread across the world about the last story of Doraemon. There are few rumors of the Doraemon’s ending that I found via the internet, and here it is :

Doraemon's ending...Spoiler Warning!

There are two current and often quoted urban legends that started spreading in late 1990s of an ending to the Doraemon series.

• The first and the more optimistic ending was made public several years ago. Nobita was given a choice between replacing the battery inside a frozen Doraemon, which would cause it to lose all memory, or await a competent robotics technician who would be able to resurrect the cat-robot one day. Nobita swore that very day to work hard in school, graduate with honours, and become that robotics technician. He successfully resurrected Doraemon in the future as a robotics professor, became successful as an AI developer, and thus lived happily ever after, thus relieving his progeny of the financial burdens that caused Doraemon to be sent to his space-time in the first place.

• The second, more pessimistic ending suggests that Nobita Nobi is suffering from autism and that all the characters (including Doraemon) are simply fictional characters in his imagination. The idea that Nobita was a sick and dying little boy who imagined the entire series on his sickbed to help him ease his pain and depression no doubt angered quite a bit of fans. (WORST ENDING EVER!!!)

Some say Doraemon was just a dream of Nobita. Below is the best ending I have read so far, and it’s popularly spread across the web. It is very touching, worth reading. Here it goes:

On a normal day, or as normal as it seemed, Nobita went to school and suffered his daily dose of abuses and bullying. Running home crying, hoping that Doraemon would rectify his problems, he discovered, to his horror, that Doraemon had stopped moving.

No matter how hard he kicked or punched Doraemon, the robot remained immobile and gave no reactions. Not knowing what to do, Nobita panicked, and tears were rolling out of his eyes. He was scared, and as he watched drops of tears falling, splashing themselves against the cold, hard body of the mechanism, Nobita suddenly realised he could time travel to the 22nd century and somehow resurrect Doraemon. Without thinking twice, he immediately jumped into the Time Travelling Machine located inside the drawer in his desk.

When he reached 250 years later, he found Dorami and was told that Doraemon had a flat battery and Nobita's best friend couldn't operate unless he receives a new battery. Normally, robotic cats would have spare batteries stored inside their ears, but considering that Doraemon had his pair nimbled off by a mechanical mice, the circuit has stopped. The problem being, if Doraemon has his batteries changed, all the memory saved inside Doraemon would be lost if the circuit is reset...

Doraemon will never remember Nobita and all the adventures they have been through together. Nobita, not wanting to lose his best friend, vowed to himself that from that day onwards he will study hard and one day become a successful robot technician and resurrect Doraemon with his own hands.

He told his parents and all his friends that Doraemon went back to the future. In fact, Nobita had hidden Doraemon inside his wardrobe. Not long after, people forgot about Doraemon's presence, though Nobita and Shizuka missed Doraemon dearly.

Nobita studied hard from then on, and each time he failed, he told himself that Doraemon is depending on him. Every time when he felt like giving up, he looked into the sky and think of all the wonderful time he had with Doraemon. Eventually, Nobita improved on his grades, and went straight from high school and into university, succeeding and achieving his goals. His hard work and determination paid off.

Thirty years later, Nobita transformed himself from a failure into the CEO of an Artificial Intelligence company. He was happily married to Shizuka, and after years of hard-work and research, he finally developed a computer chip which contained all of Doraemon's memory.

Nobita immediately retrieved Doraemon from his laboratory, and implemented the chip into his childhood friend. An eerie sound infiltrated the atmosphere, and within the next moment, before Nobita realised what had happened, Doraemon slowly got up and Nobita was in mixed emotions. He was both excited and scared, scared that Doraemon forgot about him. But he knew Doraemon hadn't when he held out his hands towards Nobita and smiled warmly at him.

"Nobita, I have waited for a long time. Congratulations." Doraemon said. And from then onwards, and for the rest of their lives, Doraemon and Nobita and family lived forever happily together. And let it be a lesson to the rest of you: If you can dream it, you can do it.
